Kenneth Willman, a 1975 graduate of the Duquesne University School of Law, is a founding partner in the firm of Willman & Silvaggio LLP. For nearly 30 years, his legal practice has focused on the fields of products liability and hazardous waste litigation. As a result, Mr. Willman specializes in providing counsel and litigation expertise in matters of chemical exposure, toxic tort, medical device and insurance coverage. He speaks at numerous national conferences and seminars on these issues. He has co-authored three textbooks: Toxic Torts Law and Science Manual (1996), Toxic Tort & Medicine Internet Directory (1997), and Toxic Tort & Medicine Internet Directory (Second Edition, 1998).  Mr. Willman has also had the honorable distinction of having the highest rating of "AV” from Martindale-Hubbell for over 25 years.

Attorney Willman serves as National Coordinating Counsel for several defendants in asbestos litigation actions. In this critical role, he oversees active dockets in most states. In addition, he participates on various steering committees in connection with Superfund cost recovery actions, has acted as Steering Committee Chairperson and as liaison counsel for multiple defendants in claims filed by the federal government. Mr. Willman has appeared before, and negotiated with, state agencies in several jurisdictions, as well as before the United States Environmental Protection Agency.
